How to work with difficult people

I completed my education in June 2004 and since then I am in my professional life. I have seen many people who have been difficult for me. I am not sure where the problem lies within me or apposite side. In recent time i worked with a people who feel that he is much competent than any one else. Due to this nature i dont like that person. in my first company i found my manager is completely away from social life. he used to come in office around 12 noon and he used to left around 11-12 in night. The same kind of expectation he had from other employee. Now the question is how can we overcome these kind of people..? do we need to change ourself or just ignore about what is going on.Please share your thoughts...

Being Successful

I always think who are the successful in this world. I am in professional life since 2004 and I have met a lot of people since that time. I have noticed that no one in the world is satified. If you have a bicycle then you wll look for a bike and if you have a bike then  you look for a car. The same way if you have simple mobile phone then u look for a blackberry and further more u look for a iphone. In all place we see this human nature.
